spacious room clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated the comfortable bed provided. the staff were always available and ready to help. i found the location quite convenient, especially for accessing local attractions.
The gym equipment seemed slightly outdated. it was still functional.

convenient access pleasant fragrance tasty bagels ironing board
the hotel was very easy to reach and offered convenient access to local transport. i was pleased to find an iron and ironing board already in my room. the provided toiletries had a pleasant fragrance similar to jo malone tonka perfume. breakfast included tasty bagels, which i particularly enjoyed.
The shower's water pressure could have been stronger. there was still plenty of hot water available.

The location was central. It was easy to get around. the staff was generally helpful. They quickly addressed an issue i had. i appreciated the speedy resolution.
The gym was quite small. There were only a few machines. i found it limiting for a full workout. the equipment needed updating to provide a better experience.

helpful staff lovely tins great places birthday weekend
The staff was the best hotel staff i've ever met. caroline was so helpful when i checked in. She asked about the occasion. i told her it was my 'big' birthday weekend, and she brought lovely tins of fudge and drinks vouchers to our rooms! charlotte at reception recommended many great places, an asset to the company.

the bar and restaurant area felt very cosy and inviting. the hotel was easily accessible, very close to the conference venue. it is conveniently located near the tram and the city centre.
